About us

Sarah is a member of the New Jersey chapter of the American Planning Association and of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). She has served as a Board of Education member in Greenwich, NJ, on the Board of Managers of Friends Village at Woodstown, a continuing care retirement community, has been on the advisory Board of the Salem City Brownfields Redevelopment Authority and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Salem Friends Monthly Meeting.

Sally has consulted for numerous south Jersey municipalities in a range of planning capacities, including Board consultant for site plan and variance review, ordinance writing, visioning, Plan Endorsement, TDR planning and reports, COAH petitions, Master Plan re-examinations. The County of Cumberland has utilized Sarah for all its cross-acceptance work since the original State Redevelopment and Development Plan. Sarah has also worked for selected private developers and, on request, provided expert testimony to Boards. Sarah has a particular interest in the inter-action of renewable energy and land use.
